The Morso 7940 is a 7.3kW cast iron wood burning stove from the Morso 7900 series of freestanding stoves which were designed by the Danish artist and designer Monica Ritterband. At the output of 7.3kW, the 7940 model is the smallest in the 7900 range but is powerful enough to effectively heat mid-sized to large rooms.

Just like other wood burners in the series, the 7940 has been designed to give a touch of style to any home. Its sleek cylindrical body features vast glass door and twin windows at the sides, providing a spectacular view of the flames no matter from which angle the stove is looked at. But the Danish stove manufacturer also made sure that the 7940 is just as functional and efficient as it is good looking. The stove features very powerful Airwash system, tertiary air supply, self-closing door, and top and rear flue outlets, while its net efficiency is approximately 79%.

The Morso 7940 is a perfect blend of style and usability. The stove is designed to look spectacular but the manufacturer made no compromises when it comes to functionality and usability. It had its price but it is worth every penny.
