The Stuv 30 In is the inset model from the Stuv 30 collection. Just like other stoves by Stuv, the 30 In is an outstanding blend of style and functionality, and like the rest of the 30 range, it too comes with 3-in-1 door rotation option thanks to the ingenious rotating mechanism:

  • Open-fire Mode - Gives you the full fire effect, crackling wood, the aroma of wood burning and abundant radiant heat (also available is an optional barbecue rack for all your indoor BBQ needs!).

  • Glass-door Mode - Extra efficiency while still giving a superb view of the flames thanks to the pre-heated Airwash which keeps the glass clean.

  • Slow-burn - The last rotation exposes an insulated cover with a small window, when operating in this mode the fire is able to burn of extended periods (up to 12 hours depending on fuel quality). Even when burning at such a low rate there will be no need to worry about build up on the glass, as it is conveniently away from the combustion chamber.

With efficiency rating over 80%, the Stuv 30 In is one of the most efficient inset stoves around. It has the output range of 6 to 12kW and can take logs up to 33cm in length.

The Stuv 30 In is a beautiful stove. It is easy to light, burns well, produces plenty of heat, comes with advanced and very practical features, and is extremely efficient. However, it is also extremely expensive. It's design is really unique and highly effective but there are also a lot less expensive and equally appealing high-performance inset stoves. Just to be clear, the 30 In is a great stove but I'm not sure if I would pay over 5k for a stove again.
