The Irish really know a thing or two about boiler stoves (they buy more of them than anybody else) and that's why the original and genuine Olymberyl® Aidan® has easily been Ireland's best selling multi fuel boiler stove for over a decade now. In that time it has earned a reputation for performing relentlessly day-in and day-out – so that in many homes this ultra-reliable big boiler stove can be hard at work virtually all year round. The Aidan has the output to easily cope with heating a large home (10 – 12 rads) while also dealing with all the demands that a big family can make on a hot water system.

Most importantly the Aidan is built to take all that continuous hard work. At some 223kg (that's the combined weight of nearly three adult men) it's no lightweight when it comes to exceptional build quality. From the premium grade F-type cast iron bodywork and doors to the high chromium content firegrate and carrier frame, the Aidan's quality credentials are obvious for all to see. Each boiler is individually pressure tested at more that twice the normal maximum operating pressure for 24 hours – twice – before it ever makes it to the Aidan production line, so that we can categorically say that boiler failures, even with the huge numbers of Aidans sold, are almost unheard of.

The bodywork and the boiler both have a five year guarantee and because the Aidan is such a big seller there's never any shortage of reasonably priced genuine spares, like firegrates for example. So if you're looking for a very keenly priced, extremely well built, multi fuel boiler stove, with tried, tested and trusted performance then you really should take a very serious look at the Aidan®. And remember if it doesn't say Olymberyl® then it's not the real deal.

The Aidan is a brilliant stove which can suit even the biggest heating needs. And in contrary to most modern boiler stoves which are suitable only for new, energy efficient homes, the Aidan also quickly and effectively heats not-that-efficient houses. It also looks very attractive, is easy to operate and what I find especially important, it can be left safely burn overnight.

Excellent workhorse boiler stove - I am heating 15 radiators from it and all the hot water a family of 4 could want. I recommend this stove to everyone who comes to the house!!

Just thought that I would let you know that the Aidan Boiler stove is now installed and working exceptionally well in our house in France and to say thank-you for all your help. It was by far the best value boiler we looked at and it does everything Russell said it would. Getting it to France was well worth the effort and we can now look forward to our first warm winter there. A special thanks to Russell for his recommendation and his patience!
